I wanna be a worker!
Our yard is almost done, yay! It'll be so nice once the grass grows in the back and the kids can walk on it in the front. Charlie loves the "workers" as he calls them. When he wakes up he checks to see if they're there, he always wants to play outside when they're here and when he wakes up from his nap he always asks "are the workers still here?" So today I told him to offer them a popsicle and he was happy to. I then found him in the garage looking for his shovel, he wanted to work with the workers. He got his shovel and his little wagon and went right to work moving the soil pep. His little friend Connor was helping him (sort of) but Charlie is a great little helper! Then they wanted some water for the workers so we got them some water, after that Charlie came in and said "we're going to have a barbecue with the workers so we need some food!" So I gave him some granola bars to pass out. He came in and filled the water up again because they drank it all and when I went out there a few minutes later he was raking the soil pep in the beds, and he said "mom, guess what I want to be when I grow up?" "What" I said. He said "A worker!" I said "You know they're called landscapers Charlie." "Oh" he said "a wandscaper?" (he doesn't say his L's so great still) So he's found his new calling! Before this it was a zoo keeper. :) I told him it was hard work and he said "Ya, I know." A few minutes later he came in to inform me he was going to Jaxon's super soakin wet party. That's asking, right? :)

Talking to our landscaper Kevin, this kid is not shy, very opposite from me. I love it.
He also told me he was going on a bike ride with Connor today. I'm thinking he's going to ride his bike on our street with him but I know how this kid's mind works so I told him to make sure he doesn't go past our house, assuming he knew not to go very far past ours, which he never does. Well I saw them take off down the street past our house and turn the corner (this is the way we go when we take Charlie for a bike ride) I yell after him, he doesn't here me so I stick Kenya in the bike trailor and head after him, turn the corner and they're gone. Turn the next corner and I see him pretty far down the street headed towards my brothers house (another place we ride our bikes to often.) I catch up to him and say "Charlie what do you think you're doing?" "We were just going for a bike ride mom." Like what's the problem with that? I don't know how to get things through this boys head sometimes! He has no fear!

I love it!
I think if Samantha and Charlie were to play together they would come up with some crazy ideas. They seem like two peas in a pod only opposite sex.
Yikes! Good luck with him. I bet the workers appreciate the food, drinks, and comedy.
I hope you call me to go to Cherry Hill. We will be going all the time.
Don't worry about the pan. I'm in no hurry. I won't be making a bear cake for a few years.
Katie would be happy to let you use her FHE packets. It makes it so much easier. The only thing that takes a while is the cutting and laminating. Did you get my email about the lady who laminates? If you go to her she so cheap and I have a couple coupons that she gave me that you can use!
Nikki, Charlie is too funny you definitely have your hands full. Love Kenya's care bear party. Is the rec centers outside area open yet? If so we should all go soon!
